Candidate authenticity
To avoid any impersonation, our candidate only gets introduced to the organisation after verification. This verification is conducted through clearance of KYC. This removes the risk of impersonation.
Conference room
Dedicated soundproof space
We have dedicated space for versant rounds and VNAs. These cabins are soundproof and can be used for operations round as well. We have the facility to accommodate the company’s HR here.
HTD system
For GD and orientation or briefing sessions, we have a dedicated room. This conference room is again soundproofed and has the capacity of eight to ten candidates.
Alignment time
We proactively work with the candidates and align them as per the time period and deadlines provided by the organisations. We believe in efficiency with delivery of candidates while also taking care of the quality.
Hiring for multiple domains
We work and provide candidates in different sectors including BPO, FMCG, IT, Hospitality, teaching & coaching sector, sales & marketing, digital marketing & etc.
We take care of hiring the candidates, train and brief them as per the organisation’s requirements as well as deploy them.This method is most suitable for organisations with low hiring budget and need of a specific skillset, as per an organisation’s requirements the most recent graduates are trained by universities in order to cater an organisational needs.
